Journal of: “Words of Encouragement” to Combat COVID-19

But the Lord was with Joseph and showed him mercy, and He gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison. -Genesis 39:21

This is what I heard in my spirit this morning. “Do not let the dream die.”

There are thousands or tens of thousands in hospitals all over this land and the world. If by any chance, someone has reached out to you with this post, or if you can read it yourself. I want to say to you from the bottom of my heart. “Do not let the dream die.” Fight back! Jesus said, "I have come so you can have life and life more abundantly." Again, "I have come that they (you) may have life, and that (you) they may have it more abundantly." -John.10:10

Abundant life is God’s will for you. I understand that perhaps today you may be on a ventilator, but this is today. Tomorrow is another day. “Weeping may endure for the whole night, but joy comes in the morning.” “His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night. But joy comes in the morning.” -Psalm 30:5

Think of Joseph. He was accused of a crime he did not commit. He spent 13 years in prison, and perhaps the thought crossed his mind that he was going to die in that dark and forgotten place. Yet, he hanged on until God came through for him.

I understand. Your situation can be 100 thousand times more critical. Your may be fighting for your very life. But thousands of people are praying for you. I am rooting for you. Do not let the dream die. Fight back! Keep fighting just a little longer Your deliverance is just around the corner. Be like Joseph. He endured the dark night and at the end of it all: Father God came through for him. Fight back! God will help you to get through and you'll see your dream fulfilled!
